Eagle Friendship Camp!

We added a few new things today to our camping centre.  Can't go camping without marshmallows and we also put lanterns!

Making Our Own Paint Brushes!

The children collected some natural materials to create their own paint brushes!

Which Side?

Our survey question asked the children to predict which side the worm would go to if we put it in the middle.  After thy made their prediction we tested it The children are observing and drawing what they see!

iPads

We are using the iPads to draw bugs, practise printing our numbers and letters!

Camping Anyone!

A few students reported that they went camping on the long weekend.  We began talking about camping and the children decided that it would be fun to have a camp site in our dramatic play centre.  We brainstormed ideas of what we could include in our centre. The children came up with quite a list of things required for camping.  They were so excited today to finally begin their camping adventure!

The children chose the name "Eagle Friendship Camp" for our campsite.

Mrs. Orchard's class had several caterpillars that transformed into butterflies!  Our class was invited to watch them release the Painted Ladies Butterflies!  It was amazing!
